Why augment presential ?

The augmented face-to-face place the learner at the heart of the training system. He no longer follows a training course; he becomes an actor thanks to the contributions of Digital Learning. The participant learns by participating in digital educational activities.  

HOW TO INCREASE PRESENTIAL TRAINING?  

Increasing face-to-face training consists of enriching educational activities with elements derived from Digital Learning using tools that allow a fun and interactive dimension to be introduced:  

  • Connected and interactive objects such as whiteboards, augmented reality headsets, 3D printers  

  • Digital animation tools such as the Klaxoon mobile application  

To supervise these augmented face-to-face training, the trainer must become a facilitator. He then adopts a position of mentor; he accompanies the learner in his training course and facilitates his learning using educational activities.  

The trainer-facilitator will thus create a dynamic allowing participants to give their opinion, share their experiences, test their knowledge, and jointly generate ideas through the gamification of the training.

WHY INCREASE THE PRESENTIAL?  

  • To reduce the duration of face-to-face training: in the era of efficiency every minute counts  

  • To better capture the learner's attention and get them on board: we are more attentive when we are given tasks to be carried out independently  

  • To create links in a heterogeneous group of people who do not necessarily know each other (different department, level, age ...)  

  • To introduce the less experienced or the most reluctant to new technologies  

  • So that learners memorize the content of the training as much as possible: we retain 30% of what we see against 90% of what we do  

TO GO FURTHER  

  • The augmented face-to-face can be part of a Blended Learning process where the learner begins his training even before being in the room.  

  • He may be given a test to assess his knowledge. The trainer will be able to adapt his training course according to his real level.   

  • Once the face-to-face training is over, the learner continues to train through a Mobile Learning application that will enrich their already acquired knowledge or simply anchor their knowledge through booster shots ...
