Our LePont Foundation aims to create an ecosystem to ensure inclusion through skills development
It is also a factor of agility, performance, and resilience for companies.
We share the vision that this inclusion through skills reduces the economic and social insecurity of our fellow citizens.
We have set ourselves three priorities:
Promote the inclusion of women in digital professions in general and in Data / I.A. in particular
Develop pathways for minorities to these innovative professions
Massively deploy our procedures within companies in line with our historical activities in France and internationally (especially in Africa)
We carry out actions in the field with our partners associations, Think Tanks, actions labs, companies, institutions.
Through Alliance for Inclusive A.I., we deploy training actions for women and under-represented minorities. Initially co-founded by our Partner Gauthier Vasseur in the United States, we are now implementing this approach in Europe and Africa.
With our partner #Leplusimportant, we are pushing concrete proposals and actions in favor of inclusion through skills. Example of the proposals pushed through #Leplusimportant during the colloquium at the National Assembly in 2020 on the theme "A job for all via tech".
These actions promote an inclusive, balanced, unbiased, and ethical digital mode.
